Very impressed with this coffee stop. Good atmosphere, good food, and great coffee. The seating is comfortable and the shop is quite spacious. The staff was positive and quick with our orders too. Worth a stop if you're passing through!

Traveling through New Mexico and looking for a good local coffee shop. We found one in Gallup. It’s Gallup Coffee Co. Great customer service. My was loved her Americano. And I tried the biscochito latte. We found a new stop for coffee on our travels.

FANTASTIC London fog tea. Cool vibe, good seating, friendly barista. Great spot to work for the day (though I was on my phone, not the wifi). Good outlets! LOVE the old school safe in the main room, good luck on the lounge! Only advice to management is to ditch the Fluorescent bulbs! My preference I suppose, I just don't love the lighting tone. Something warmer, maybe some big Edison bulbs would really compliment the history of the space! Obviously you have not asked for my advice, only sharing in case the idea resonates, otherwise disregard.

On my way back from california, last night I was in flagstaff. Rise and shine before the coffee roasters were open there so I did some research and it was Gallup coffee company that looked perfect and gave me an opportunity to visit this very special unique coffee shop. It was well worth the stop great barista poured me a delicious cup of ☕. It was very busy and the one gal handled all of it perfectly.

Oh my gosh, what a cute little gem!! And definitely worth getting off the freeway for. My husband got a cortado which was served in the cutest little to-go cup, and I had an iced mocha which was the perfect blend of chocolate and espresso…aka, not too sweet! The space was bright and clean, and we not had our dogs with us, we would have stayed and enjoyed more time there. They also had a really good collection of indigenous books. This will definitely be a spot to stop on our next trip through Gallup! :)

Loved our visit here in a beautiful part of downtown Gallup. The ladies working were just the best.. super sweet, helpful & talented at the coffee bar job. The interior is awesome with a great floor layout and lots of natural light. Because of the layout you can find darker quieter areas if you want to plug-in or tune out. Probably in my top 10 coffee shops of all time, no doubt.

Definition of a hidden gem! I absolutely love their taste of music, most coffee places I have been to just put generic trending songs in the bg but this one actually had hype metal songs that were not disturbing at all. Love the ambience and hospitality of the lady. Was super accommodating and offered exquisite service. They even have gorgeous holo stickers and earrings 💕 Loved that the bathroom had a clean changing table too

So happy to come across great coffee on my roadtrip, especially after having gas station coffee!! This was a sight for sore eyes. Absolutely stunning shop, great food and delicious coffee. Barista today was excellent! If I ever find myself in Gallup (or anywhere nearby) I will be back!
